on 101:
Going south on 101,
connect to CA-92 East (towards Hayward). Take the Mariners Island
Blvd/Edgewater exit (the first exit after merging onto the 92).
After you exit, at the first street light, turn left. This street
is called Mariners Island Blvd and turns into Edgewater Blvd after
you cross Hillsdale Blvd. Keep driving on Edgewater
Blvd. At the intersection with Beach Park Blvd, you will see a
shopping plaza on the left side of the street. Either turn left
onto Beach Park Blvd, make an immediate right into the parking lot and
snake your way to the far end of the plaza OR drive past the Beach
Park Blvd intersection and make the next available U-turn into the
shopping plaza (in this case, Chevy's will be closer to where you pulled
into the parking lot).
Going North
on 101:
Going north on 101,
take the Hillsdale Blvd exit toward Foster City. Turn right off
the exit ramp onto E. Hillsdale Blvd. Turn right onto Edgewater
Blvd. At the intersection of Edgewater and Beach Park Blvd, you
will see a shopping plaza on the left side of the street. Either
turn left onto Beach Park Blvd, make an immediate right into the parking
lot and snake your way to the far end of the plaza OR drive past

Parkway exit. Turn right onto Auto Mall Parkway. At the next
street light, turn right onto Christy. Drive for 1 1/2 blocks

Going North
on 880
Take the Auto Mall
Parkway exit. Turn left onto Auto Mall Parkway. At

Ave exit in Belmont. Veer right on the first of the two exit
ramps so that you are heading West towards Belmont. At
the second street light (the street light right after you drive
underneath the elevated CalTrain tracks), turn right onto El Camino
Real. Drive approximately 0.7 miles and turn left at the second
street light onto Davey Glen Rd (look for the 7-Eleven convenience
store on the left side of the road). Immediately after you turn
left onto Davey Glen Rd, make a right turn into the parking lot of

Going North on 101
Take the Ralston Ave exit in Belmont. Take
the last of the two exit ramps so that you are heading West
towards Belmont. At the second street light (the street light
right after you drive underneath the elevated CalTrain tracks), turn
right onto El Camino Real. Drive approximately 0.7 miles and
turn left at the second street light onto Davey Glen Rd (look for
the 7-Eleven convenience store on the left side of the road).
Immediately after you turn left onto Davey Glen Rd, make a right

Center Senior Center, 229 New York Ranch Road, Jackson Directions to the meeting site: The meeting will be at the Senior Services Center, 229 New York Ranch Road, Jackson, CA. Take State Highways 49/88 to Jackson. From the West (Highway 88) or the North (Highway 49), go through the traffic light at 49/88 intersection (turning left if coming from Highway 49) and proceed to the bottom of the hill. Go through the traffic light for the Main Street turn-off (the fire station is at the center of the Y), turn left at the next traffic light (Campbell’s KwikServ gas station will be on your right) onto Highway 88 East toward Lake Tahoe. Follow the signs to the Senior Center and turn left onto Court Street (approximately 1 mile). New York Ranch Road will be the first stop sign (1/4 mile). Turn right and the Senior Center will be on the left approximately 100 yards from the intersection and behind an apartment complex (signs will direct you to "Oak Manor"). Parking is available in both the front and the back. Additional parking is available next door at the Quail Hollow Professional Center with stairs at the rear that lead to the Senior Center. Please do not park in the spots marked for the Oak Manor Convalescent Home. Talk in on Amador County ARC repeater, K6ARC, 146.835, minus 600 KHz (100 Hz. PL) or 441.525, plus 5.0 MHz (100 Hz. PL). Jackson is located at the intersection of State Highway 88 and 49 in Amador County, southeast of Sacramento. To Jackson from the Bay Area - take Interstate 580 East to Interstate 205 (bypass Tracy) and proceed to I 5 north. Proceed north to Stockton and take Highway 4 east to Highway 99 north. Continue north approximately 1 mile and take Highway 88 east to Jackson. To Jackson from Nevada - Take Interstate 80 or State Highway 50 West to Highway 49 and proceed south to Jackson. Or take CA/NV Highway 395 south to Highway 88 west to Jackson and turn right on Court Street. To Jackson from the North or Sacramento - Take Highway 16 (Jackson Rd) east to Highway 49 and go south. From the South - Take Highway 99 North to Highway 88 east to Jackson.
Amador County is in the heart of the Mother Lode Gold Country. Our meeting location will be minutes from antique shops galore, 18 wineries, gold mine tours, camping and fishing sites, and the historic Chaw'se Indian Grinding Rock State Park. In addition, the Jackson Rancheria Casino/Hotel is a jaunt up New York Ranch Rd.
If you are planning to fly to the joint meeting - here are the instructions (check with N6XI for further details): Fly in to O70 (Oscar Seven Zero) Westover Field - Amador County Airport in Jackson. It is 20.7 miles from the LIN VOR (114.8) on the 012 radial. The field has 3,400' of paved runway and someone can be there to pick you up (advance notice required- please notify Jim, WX6V, at (530) 823-6268 or (530) 613-4432 to make the necessary arrangements.) Unicom/CTAF is 122.8 and there is an AWOS on 121.125 (209-257-1292). There is a GPS and a VOR/DME approach. The airport office is 209-223-2376. From 101 Take the Oregon Expressway exit south (actually, southwest), for a couple miles, crossing El Camino where it becomes Page Mill Road. TIBCO is on the right about a half-block from Foothill. From 280 Take the Page Mill Road exit north (actually northeast), for a couple miles, turning right on Foothill Expressway. Turn left on Hillview Avenue at the first exit and TIBCO is on the right about a half-block from Foothill. The guard or receptionist should direct you to the meeting room.
